Package Examination

• You have the right to open your package upon delivery to examine the products.

• If you choose not to accept the order after opening, you must pay the delivery fee.

Multiple Items Policy

• Ordering multiple items with the intention of picking only one and returning the rest is not allowed.

Returns

• If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within the same hour of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• We will arrange a courier to pick up the returned items.

• Shipping fees for return (100 EGP) Will be deducted from your refund

• Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Exchanges

• You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

• To exchange, you must pay the full amount of the new item plus shipping (100 EGP).

• Once we receive the original item, we will transfer the amount of the old order to you.
