Package Examination
Open on Delivery
You have the right to open your package upon delivery to examine the products.
Delivery Fee
If you choose not to accept the order after opening, you must pay the delivery fee (85 EGP).
No Multi-Selection Orders
Ordering multiple items with the intention of selecting one and returning the rest is not allowed.
Returns
24-Hour Window
Returns are available within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Original Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Courier Pickup
A courier will be arranged to pick up the returned item.
Return Fees
Return processing fees and shipping fees (300 to 400 EGP, depending on the product) will be deducted from your refund.
Return Transit
The returned item will be delivered back to us within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item, with all applicable fees deducted.
